Site Activation Coordinator

About the role

Medpace is seeking a Site Activation Coordinator to join its Buenos Aires office. You will support regulatory submissions and start‑up activities, gaining hands‑on experience in clinical research while working closely with senior coordinators and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect vital documents for ethics submissions and prepare study documents for competent authorities.
• Support Regulatory Submission Managers and Start‑Up teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct quality control of documents and provide guidance to internal and external team members on regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support departmental and project activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Life Sciences field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in regulatory submissions.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
