Shipboard Concierge – VIP & Loyalty Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional Shipboard Concierge to deliver premium guest experiences on a cruise vessel. The role focuses on VIP, Loyalty, Group and Concierge-class guests, ensuring every interaction meets the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP, Loyalty, Group and Concierge guests, handling inquiries, requests and escalations with professionalism.
• Plan, coordinate and execute group, loyalty and concierge events, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and stock of the Concierge lounge, loyalty spaces and conference rooms.
• Provide personalized services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, shore excursions, flower arrangements, tailoring and babysitting.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
• Uphold brand standards, ship information and guest preferences to deliver a seamless experience.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of front‑desk or receptionist experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Proven ability to manage events with 80+ guests.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, courteous tone.
• Experience in shipboard guest services is a plus.
