Shipboard Concierge – VIP, Loyalty & Group Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional Shipboard Concierge to deliver premium guest experiences for VIP, Loyalty and Group travelers aboard our vessel. The role requires a polished, service‑focused attitude and the ability to manage a high volume of personalized requests while maintaining the luxury standards of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP, Loyalty, Group and Concierge guests, ensuring swift and flawless service.
• Plan, coordinate and execute group, loyalty and concierge events, overseeing all logistics and stakeholder involvement.
• Respond to escalated guest concerns with empathy, professionalism and a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Maintain the appearance, organization and stock levels of the Concierge lounge, loyalty spaces and conference rooms.
• Provide personalized guest services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, shore excursions, floral arrangements, tailoring and childcare.
• Uphold brand standards, safety protocols and the WAYS philosophy while leading by example on the ship.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience as a Front Desk or Receptionist in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Proven ability to manage events with 80+ guests.
• Excellent spoken English with a courteous and clear communication style.
• Experience in shipboard guest services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a commitment to luxury service.
