SharePoint Administrator

About the role

Greif is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to lead the technical management of its Microsoft SharePoint Online environment. The role ensures platform performance, security, governance and supports collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure SharePoint Online sites, collections, subsites and hub sites in partnership with site owners.
• Maintain document libraries, lists, metadata, content types and automate workflows.
• Manage search settings, indexing and content discoverability.
• Implement and monitor role‑based access controls, audit activity logs and enforce security policies.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps, Teams and OneDrive, and support third‑party API connections.
• Troubleshoot user access, sync, performance and storage issues, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and enforce governance standards, create documentation and training materials.
• Support migrations between cloud environments and from on‑premises to cloud.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online in an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance and security best practices.
