Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models. The work is project‑based, asynchronous, and flexible, making it ideal for engineers looking for remote, part‑time opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
