About the role
The Site Enablement Solutions (SES) Project Lead will optimise delivery of SES across the project lifecycle, acting as an internal consultant to study teams and sponsors, and managing project budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with pre‑ and post‑award stakeholders to plan and implement Site Enablement Solutions.
- Develop global delivery strategy, determine resourcing, and execute operational plans for multi‑region studies.
- Communicate with sponsors and project teams, monitor impact, and provide proactive recommendations.
- Represent SES at sponsor‑facing meetings, present strategy and training, and manage study KPIs and financial performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
- 3‑5 years of clinical trial experience, including 3 years at a CRO or clinical trial services provider.
- 3 years in a Project Manager role.
- Advanced level of English.
