Service Technician Team Leader

About the role

The Service Technician Team Leader acts as the strategic link between Kärcher Argentina, its customers, and service partners. The role focuses on delivering Service Excellence by managing a high‑performance dealer network and expanding market coverage across Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and Service Dealers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements, repair quality, and technical response times of external partners.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain compliance with Service Excellence standards.
• Research, recruit, and develop new Service Dealers to achieve nationwide technical coverage.
• Implement and standardize service processes, tools, and resources to boost operational efficiency.
• Adapt service products such as maintenance contracts and rental solutions to local market needs.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities that enhance Kärcher’s service value proposition.
• Drive network growth, customer satisfaction targets, and profitability of the service business unit.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (desirable) for interaction with regional/global headquarters.
• Proven experience coordinating service networks or managing third‑party technical partners (desirable).
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to build long‑term dealer partnerships.
