Service Sales Support

About the role

ABB is looking for a Service Sales Support professional to work closely with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process. You will prepare technical descriptions, determine costs, and act as a key technical resource for the Electrification Service division in Buenos Aires.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales team and customers to prepare technical and commercial offers based on specifications and local guidelines.
• Determine costs for proposed solutions and communicate them to the Sales organization.
• Analyze customer needs, competitor offers, and market information to support proposal development.
• Perform lost proposal analysis, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in projects, bids, tenders, and proposals related to medium‑ and low‑voltage power distribution.
• Strong technical understanding of medium‑ and low‑voltage power distribution markets and ability to read technical specifications.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical qualification.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
