Service Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Service Reliability Engineer will join a fast‑moving R&D team that builds AI‑powered unified communications recording SaaS solutions. You will be the technical bridge between customers, field engineers and product teams, ensuring the platform remains reliable, observable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and escalations.
• Monitor production environments, identify reliability risks and improve observability tooling.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for critical incidents.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, product management, CSM and customers to drive root‑cause analysis and post‑incident improvements.
• Maintain internal test environments and contribute to knowledge‑base documentation.
• Support training activities for service teams when required.

Required profile

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (military background is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with cloud administration, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with network and system administration concepts.
