Service Desk Agent (Portuguese)

About the role

Join Cognizant as a Service Desk Agent to provide technical support within the Cloud, Infrastructure & Security practice. You will work directly with clients across various industries, handling system, network, and cloud administration as well as end‑user application support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support and customer service, responding to emails and calls.
• Log and track Service Desk tickets using the defined software and follow standard operating procedures.
• Become familiar with each client’s applications, systems, network, database, and IT teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation, and security trend monitoring.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish; basic English.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for learning new technologies.
