SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to lead strategy and execution for automotive client accounts. This remote position offers full ownership of SEO initiatives, allowing you to experiment, challenge assumptions, and directly impact rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic growth through on‑page SEO, advanced keyword research, technical optimizations, and site‑structure improvements.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Business Profile to evaluate rankings, diagnose issues, and create actionable plans.
• Implement internal linking, resolve keyword cannibalisation, conduct competitor analyses, perform website audits, and develop Local SEO and GEO strategies, including AI and LLM visibility tactics.
• Experiment with new SEO approaches, contribute to a testing‑focused team culture, and continuously refine strategies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, even when challenging their assumptions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven ranking results.
• 2+ years of client‑facing agency experience.
• Advanced proficiency with GA, GSC, GBP, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Ability to execute both short‑ and long‑term SEO strategies in a constantly changing algorithm environment.
• Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Must be based in LATAM or Europe.
