SEO Content Specialist – Buenos Aires

About the role

Canva is expanding its SEO team in Argentina and is looking for a native‑level Spanish speaker who can create and manage SEO‑optimized content for local audiences. This is a 12‑month full‑time engagement focused on delivering high‑quality design‑related content that drives discovery and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit SEO‑optimized articles and landing pages on design topics that resonate with Argentine users.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date editorial calendar and publishing plan for blog posts and landing pages.
• Publish content that follows SEO best practices while matching Canva’s local tone of voice.
• Track, audit, and refresh existing landing pages to improve credibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Argentina SEO team on keyword research, competitor analysis, and overall content strategy.
• Explore emerging discovery channels such as AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and experiment with new formats.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Spanish speaker with business‑level English proficiency.
• Proven experience in SEO content writing or content marketing, supported by a portfolio.
• Comfortable working with a CMS and knowledgeable about SEO fundamentals (keyword optimization, content structure, user intent).
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Curious about how search and content discovery are evolving and willing to experiment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and constructive feedback mindset.
