Senior Web Designer – Growth Foundations

About the role

Payward is seeking a senior web designer to lead the creation of high‑impact web experiences and marketing pages that drive customer engagement and conversion. You will work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, content specialists, and engineers to turn concepts into production‑ready sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of essential web experiences and marketing pages.
• Balance business goals, user needs, data insights, and technical constraints to produce data‑informed outcomes.
• Take concepts from research through exploration, prototyping, and production.
• Participate actively in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and ensure consistency across products.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design quality, standards, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of how design integrates with front‑end code, including HTML, CSS, and performance considerations.
• Experience with progressive enhancement, graceful degradation, and accessibility standards (W3C).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
