Senior Video Editor – Paid Ads (Remote)

About the role

Trafilea is seeking a Senior Video Editor to create high‑performing direct‑response video ads for its portfolio of DTC brands. You will turn briefs, hooks, and raw footage into scroll‑stopping ads that drive revenue across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑volume video ads optimized for paid placements on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create multiple variants per concept (different hooks, angles, pacing) to support structured testing.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate creative production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Translate performance insights (CTR, CVR, ROAS) into concrete editing decisions and iterate quickly.
• Apply motion‑graphics and design fundamentals (typography, spacing, contrast) to improve clarity and conversion.
• Own end‑to‑end workflows, ensuring clean asset organization, naming, and versioning.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, integrating feedback and proposing improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of video‑editing experience, preferably in social‑media and performance‑oriented content for DTC brands.
• Proven track record producing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to support creative production and iteration.
• Good understanding of direct‑response and social video editing principles.
