Senior Technical Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our remote team. You will partner with hiring managers across a range of industries to source and place top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, ATS, company websites, and professional networks.
• Manage diverse requisitions in Telecommunications, Engineering, Finance, and IT.
• Conduct phone pre‑screen interviews, verify qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Recruit passive candidates through outreach, relationship building, and follow‑up.
• Maintain direct communication with hiring managers from startups to enterprise firms such as Microsoft, Amazon, and T‑Mobile.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end US technical recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, revenue‑driven environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Own reliable equipment for remote work.

Required skills

• Experience with recruiting platforms such as Dice, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and GitHub.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of $2,500‑$3,000 per month.
