Senior Systems Engineer

About the role

Innovid is building a new IT systems team and seeks a hands‑on Senior Systems Engineer to shape it from the ground up. This role goes beyond routine maintenance, focusing on automation, AI integration, and modernizing identity experiences for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and automate the IT operations stack, eliminating manual tasks.
• Lead adoption of AI tools to improve daily workflows.
• Enhance identity management using passkeys, WebAuthn, and modern login features.
• Consolidate identity platforms into Microsoft Entra.
• Own projects from planning through delivery, ensuring systems are patched and secure on Windows and macOS.
• Manage user, service‑account, and AI‑agent lifecycle and access.
• Act as escalation point for IT Ops, providing hands‑on support and mentorship.
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new products and services, managing vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 6+ years of system administration or related IT experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, SAML, OIDC) and Active Directory.
• Proven ability to automate using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and automation platforms (e.g., Workato).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and MDM for Windows/macOS.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a desire to learn new technologies.
