Senior Support Engineer

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking a technically savvy Senior Support Engineer to deliver exceptional support services and act as a bridge between customers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of customer technical issues, from troubleshooting to resolution and communication.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalations and ensure meticulous issue handling.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams on escalations, enhancement requests, and feedback.
• Enrich the client knowledge base with technical information.
• Lead support improvement processes and manage internal projects such as training and release readiness.

Required profile

• Passion for solving customer issues in a fast‑paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate between clients, business, and engineering teams.

Required skills

• SQL querying and data management.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with web/mobile marketing or digital advertising (bonus).
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and APIs.
• Knowledge of LLM and AI agents (bonus).
