Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Site Reliability Engineer to maintain, enhance, and support a Java services ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering teams, participate in on‑call rotations, and drive measurable improvements in service reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑call support for Java backend services during business hours and troubleshoot complex distributed system issues using logs and telemetry.
• Identify root causes, drive incident resolution, and submit code changes that improve SLOs.
• Prepare and deploy patches for cloud infrastructure issues and define service metrics and dashboards to monitor platform health.
• Create and refine runbooks, track SLO performance, and communicate operational issues clearly during incidents.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SRE/DevOps experience supporting production services with strong on‑call background.
• Proven incident response skills using logs and telemetry to find root causes.
• Fast learning ability, clear written communication, and English proficiency at B2 level.
