About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to join our Madrid office and drive high‑impact search optimisation initiatives. You will work closely with product, engineering, content and marketing teams to create strategies that boost traffic, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

Design SEO strategies that build competitive advantage, prioritising initiatives by business impact on traffic, conversions and revenue.
Identify high‑value growth opportunities and build business cases by estimating impact, projected ROI and resource requirements.
Lead high‑impact SEO projects end‑to‑end, coordinating autonomously across Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing.

Required profile

Proven experience as an SEO Strategist with at least 7 years working on high‑traffic websites (>5 M monthly visits).
Experience with international sites, adapting global SEO strategies to local market needs.
Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows and enhance productivity.
