Senior SEO Strategist

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to lead organic growth across its global entertainment platform. Based in Madrid, you will shape SEO strategy, turn search traffic into measurable revenue, and work closely with product, engineering, data and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute SEO strategies that create competitive advantage and drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Identify high‑value growth opportunities, build business cases, and estimate ROI and resource needs.
• Lead quick‑testing and experiment‑driven initiatives to validate hypotheses at scale.
• Own SEO strategy for key initiatives across Fever’s ecosystems, including traditional search, LLMs, local listings and third‑party integrations.
• Act as a strategic reference for the wider SEO team and mentor junior members.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data and operational teams to integrate SEO insights into product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build data‑driven business cases.
• Hands‑on, test‑oriented approach with a bias for fast experimentation.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, engineering and data teams.
• Track record of delivering measurable organic growth at scale.
