Senior Scrum Master – Agile Delivery Lead

About the role

As a Senior Scrum Master you will lead Agile teams in delivering technology solutions, fostering continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive best‑practice Scrum processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, Agile values and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide visibility into project status, metrics and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar Agile delivery role.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) and strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Scrum Master certification (SAFe certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and other Agile frameworks.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
