Senior Recruiter (Remote, US or Argentina)

About the role

Join Worldwide Clinical Trials as a Senior Recruiter, driving end‑to‑end recruitment for a global CRO. You will source, screen, and place high‑caliber talent while delivering a consistent candidate experience across the United States and Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruiting programs and manage vacancies from sourcing through appointment.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create clear requisitions.
• Develop sourcing strategies, select recruiting channels, and build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment systems, coordinate background checks, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Analyze recruitment data, contribute to process‑improvement projects, and coach junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent Worldwide as an employer.
• Confidence to drive the recruitment process and work assertively with hiring managers.
• Residency in the United States or Argentina.
