About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its clients in Argentina. The role is fully remote and focuses on manufacturing and production talent, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple business lines, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Lead high‑volume recruitment for manufacturing and production roles.
• Manage a complex requisition load, meeting hiring targets and timelines.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive talent.
• Partner with client stakeholders, provide market insights, and advise on hiring strategy.
• Drive structured interview processes that are fair and timely.
• Use recruiting metrics and data to continuously improve outcomes.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience that reflects Kelly’s EVP.

Required profile

• Proven recruiting experience in manufacturing and production functions.
• Ability to handle high‑volume requisitions with strong prioritization.
• Comfortable working in a data‑driven environment and meeting scorecard targets.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
