PwC is seeking a Senior Property Tax Analyst to support a US‑based client. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with property tax regulations, managing filings, and driving strategic decisions that minimize tax liabilities while fostering collaboration within the tax team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and ensure compliance with local property tax regulations.
• Prepare and manage property tax filings, assessments, and appeals.
• Collaborate with local taxing authorities, assessors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to reduce tax exposure and advise on strategic tax decisions.
• Utilize advanced digital tools for tax data analysis and process automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in property tax or US tax.
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership experience.
• Understanding of information security and data protection principles.
