Senior Project Manager – Transformations

About the role

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives within its Corporate & Investment Bank Market Operations. The role focuses on delivering regulatory change, operating model optimisation, and digital tool implementation across the Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities, Rates, Emerging Markets and Financing businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regulatory change projects and ensure compliance across market operations.
• Design and implement target operating models and optimisation strategies.
• Lead strategic programmes and deliver new digital tools to improve client and user experiences.
• Manage new business expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee middleware and vendor strategy, including testing management.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Trading, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Control teams.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level experience in project management or transformation.
• Proven ability to work in a data‑driven, global, and collaborative environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functional areas.
