Senior Project Manager – Technology Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, technically‑oriented Senior Project Manager based in Buenos Aires to lead complex technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud, and Engineering teams. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while translating technical complexity into executive‑level communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control technology projects from inception to delivery, defining scope, timeline, milestones, and success criteria together with Technical Leads.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple streams (infrastructure, networking, security, development, QA).
• Coordinate parallel teams in a matrix environment, influencing without direct reporting lines.
• Maintain executive‑level visibility through dashboards, steering‑committee reports, and decision‑focused updates.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas, converting technical details into impact‑focused messages.
• Manage vendor and third‑party relationships, tracking commitments and deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects involving Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud, or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to work in hybrid or predictive delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Experience with external vendors and third‑party technology partners.
