Senior Project Manager – Software Delivery

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of client‑facing software projects. You will guide initiatives from inception through launch, execution, and closure while acting as the primary liaison for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑scope delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, schedule tasks, and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, lead development teams, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Maintain client relationships, handle escalations, and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee project financials, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Mentor team members, coordinate performance reviews, and support professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with fixed‑price and short‑term engagements.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and work cross‑functionally with developers, delivery managers, and account managers.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent client‑management and communication abilities.
