Senior Project Manager – PMO

About the role

ZS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its Program Management Expertise Center (PMEC). The role will oversee planning, delivery and governance for large‑scale engagements, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program planning and execution across multiple workstreams for complex engagements.
• Establish and maintain a robust PMO framework to ensure effective delivery and governance.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define, prioritize and launch projects and programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of project‑management practices and conduct regular coordination meetings with PMO leads.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to plan and steer key initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior PMO team members to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in large business transformations or digital strategy implementations.
• Experience managing extensive PMO functions and client accounts.
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, pharma, insurance or finance is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle complex, multi‑stakeholder transformation programs.
