Senior Project Manager – Life Sciences

About the role

Acolad is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Life Sciences clinical projects. You will ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget targets while supporting the company’s global growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Life Sciences clinical projects, managing deadlines, standards, budgets, margins and quality.
• Set up customer projects, prepare quotes and schedules in collaboration with Account Management.
• Handle customer feedback, CAPA entries and investigations.
• Coordinate with Resource Management, linguists and technical leads for resourcing and query handling.
• Communicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with Account Management to define new processes and optimise tools.
• Optimise margins by managing internal and external costs.
• Maintain linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides) according to SLAs.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and quality audits, implementing improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of Life Sciences project management experience, including 3‑5 years in clinical project management.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships at mid‑ and senior‑level.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working in virtual teams and mentoring staff.

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with CAT tools
