Senior Project Manager – Industrial Digitalization & Software Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of AI‑powered industrial software across the United States and Latin America. This remote, customer‑facing position combines project leadership, industrial engineering knowledge, and international stakeholder management to deliver digital transformation solutions for manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of industrial software implementation projects, from initiation to successful hand‑over.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating communication between client teams, local partners, and internal engineering resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and external partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations are met.
• Monitor progress through regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, decisions, and action items.
• Support on‑site activities at customer manufacturing plants and contribute to regional delivery capability improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mining, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, preferably involving industrial software, automation, process control, or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing or process sectors such as cement, chemicals, refining, mining, pulp & paper, etc.
• Proven ability to coordinate international, multidisciplinary, and remote technical teams.
• Strong customer‑facing project management experience with a track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships.
