Senior Product Designer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of a fast‑growing digital marketplace serving hundreds of thousands of users. The role is fully remote within LATAM and involves tackling complex product challenges while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process for new initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
• Translate product opportunities into intuitive, user‑centered experiences.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and turn them into actionable design decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to validate concepts and reduce implementation risk.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces, considering edge cases and complete journeys.
• Produce clear documentation and design specifications for development teams.
• Support implementation, ensuring design quality throughout development.
• Improve design consistency, interaction patterns, and overall user experience.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to boost productivity and creativity.
• Contribute to design culture and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience with digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, interaction design, and end‑to‑end product thinking.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Figma.
• Experience creating prototypes and interactive user flows.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
