Senior Media Director

About the role

WPP Media is looking for a Senior Media Director to shape and govern media strategy across Hispanic markets in Latin America. The role bridges regional vision with local execution, ensuring a full‑funnel approach from brand building to performance conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional media strategy and governance for Hispanic LATAM markets.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into comprehensive media plans.
• Coordinate regional guidelines with local market execution, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Guide local teams in developing tactical media plans aligned with the regional vision.
• Establish and optimise operational processes, ways of working, and governance models across market clusters.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Centralise governance for the Mexico, South, and Andean clusters, covering brand, consideration, performance, and conversion objectives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or operations.
• Proven leadership in managing multi‑market media initiatives.
• Strong ability to align regional strategy with local market realities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
