Senior Manager, International Supply Chain

About the role

Assurant is seeking a senior leader to shape and scale its international supply chain organization. The role partners with regional operations and senior leadership to drive best‑in‑class processes, optimize logistics networks, and improve supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead third‑party partner and contract management, establishing SLAs, KPIs and governance for 3PLs, carriers, warehousing and repair providers.
• Drive end‑to‑end onboarding of new logistics partners, distribution centers and technology integrations such as WMS and TMS.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction initiatives across transportation, warehousing, packaging and network design.
• Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, order cycle time, inventory accuracy, damage rates) and apply data‑driven root‑cause analysis to close performance gaps.
• Assess and standardize supply‑chain practices across regions, promoting sharing of successful processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive supply‑chain, logistics or transportation experience, preferably in wireless, mobility or consumer electronics.
• Proven management of 3PL and repair/service provider networks with performance governance.
• Experience in complex contract negotiations, strategic sourcing and commercial governance of significant spend.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

Required skills

• ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) – e.g., SAP, Oracle.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Power BI, Tableau.
• Advanced Excel modeling.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification (optional but valued).
