About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Senior Manager leading Deals Diligence Analytics. You will head financial due‑diligence projects, provide strategic insights for M&A transactions and work closely with cross‑functional global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due‑diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions, delivering analysis that supports client decision‑making.
• Analyse financial statements and build financial models to assess earnings quality and business performance.
• Develop and implement value‑creation and operational‑improvement strategies for client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide comprehensive deal management and financial advisory services.
• Conduct investment analysis and valuations to inform strategic questioning and decision‑making.
• Validate financial forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large‑scale financial due‑diligence projects within a Deals or M&A practice.
• Proven ability to interact with senior‑level clients and build trusted relationships.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Excellent analytical judgment and ability to navigate complex, high‑pressure situations.
