Senior Local Trial Manager – Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

The Senior Local Trial Manager will lead clinical delivery for sponsor‑dedicated trials in Argentina, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual and internal standards while driving recruitment and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery complies with ICH‑GCP, protocol, contract and SOPs.
• Meet recruitment targets and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage project risk mitigation and clinical quality plans.
• Oversee project finances, monitor Estimate at Completion and identify scope changes.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and resolve issues.
• Lead, resource and develop the local clinical team, providing training and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care or scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research or monitoring experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and advanced English.
• Based in Buenos Aires with ability to work on‑site.
• Knowledge of project management practices and clinical research regulations (GCP, ICH).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of clinical trial conduct, protocol and therapeutic areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Problem‑solving, organization and prioritization abilities.
