Senior Local Trial Manager

About the role

The Senior Local Trial Manager will lead clinical delivery for assigned projects in Argentina, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual and internal requirements while supporting recruitment and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery complies with ICH‑GCP, protocol, contract and internal SOPs.
• Meet recruitment targets and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage project risk mitigation and clinical quality plans.
• Oversee project finances, monitor Estimate at Completion and identify additional service opportunities.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and resolution.
• Lead, mentor and resource the clinical team, providing training and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care or scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research or monitoring experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
• Basic knowledge of project management practices and clinical research regulations (GCP, ICH).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
