Senior iOS Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Software Engineer to join our Mobile Engineering organization. You will tackle complex technical challenges, shape platform architecture, and help evolve our mobile application ecosystem while mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop intuitive iOS applications.
• Create tools, frameworks, and processes that improve the mobile engineering pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Delivery, Editorial, and Engineering teams to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and support incident resolution.
• Maintain and evolve existing mobile systems within a large digital ecosystem.
• Mentor junior developers and foster continuous learning.
• Ensure solutions meet architectural, security, and coding standards, including monitoring, logging, testing, and service enablement.

Required profile

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience designing new applications and enhancing existing codebases.
• Deep knowledge of native iOS development with Swift, Objective‑C, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks.
• Proven ability to architect scalable, performant, and secure mobile applications.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile DevOps and CI/CD tooling (Git, Bitrise), including automation, code signing, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience building adaptable software architectures for evolving business needs.
