Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Conway+Partners is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its global branding and marketing team. The role focuses on residential and commercial projects within the real‑estate and hospitality sectors, blending architecture and interior design to create cohesive environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts and detailed layouts for large‑scale residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects and other designers to integrate architectural and interior solutions.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative installations that align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare presentation graphics, 3‑D visualisations, and construction documents.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in a residential/commercial interior or architectural studio.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and proactive, detail‑oriented work style.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
