Senior Infrastructure & Systems Engineer (AMER Run Tribe Leader)

About the role

K-LAGAN is seeking an on‑site IT Support Specialist to be the primary contact for employees at the Buenos Aires office. You will manage incidents, provide Level 2 support, and handle hardware and software provisioning while collaborating with remote management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow from qualification to closure.
• Provide Level 2 support for Windows workstations, peripherals, business applications, connectivity issues, and mobile devices.
• Handle hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Coordinate IT onboarding, off‑boarding, equipment replacement, recovery, and inventory activities.
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and contribute to continuous improvement of support procedures.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in corporate IT support or digital workplace services, preferably in a multi‑site international environment.
• Advanced fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level) for daily communication with local users and international teams.
• High autonomy, strong customer service orientation, and effective collaboration with remote management.

Required skills

• ServiceNow incident and request management.
• Level 2 support for Windows workstations and standard business applications.
• Hardware and software provisioning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools, Active Directory, mobile device support, IT asset management, and ITIL‑based practices.
