Senior Growth Product Manager

About the role

Félix is building an AI‑powered financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a WhatsApp chatbot for remittances. As a Senior Growth Product Manager you will own the product layer of the company’s growth engine, turning high‑impact hypotheses into scalable experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention and organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and execute the growth product roadmap, linking every initiative to clear business outcomes and measurable KPIs.
• Lead optimization of acquisition flows, referral programs, in‑app experiences, SEO, ASO and other growth surfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Design, Engineering, Data and Marketing to translate hypotheses into experiments and ship fast.
• Identify friction points in user funnels, formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests and use data to decide whether to scale, iterate or kill initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end execution from concept through launch, monitoring impact on CAC, conversion, retention and organic growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on growth, preferably in fintech or consumer‑facing digital products.
• Deep analytical rigor and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineers and understand implementation constraints.
• Sharp understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into product solutions.
• High ownership mindset, capable of operating strategically while executing hands‑on.
