Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Willow is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can move fluidly between brand, print, and digital work. You will help shape the visual identity of a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight‑loss care, delivering high‑quality assets for both physical and online touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create production‑ready assets for print and digital, including packaging, brochures, welcome kits, POP/retail materials, and kiosk collateral.
• Design marketing assets, campaign visuals, banners, and promotional materials that translate brand strategy into compelling digital narratives.
• Support the design of marketing landing pages and other web executions, ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.
• Use AI‑powered tools and visualization techniques to prototype packaging concepts and develop visual presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, design, and product teams while managing your own workflow independently.

Required profile

• 7+ years of graphic design experience across print and digital.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, high‑quality work.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of print production and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of digital design principles, responsive layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a commercially‑driven attitude.
