Senior Financial Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Specialist to ensure that financial information provides a reliable foundation for the business. You will work closely with internal teams, turning complex data into actionable insights for a variety of audiences while fostering ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate monthly financial reports, highlight notable developments and communicate findings to leadership.
• Lead the preparation of budgets and recurring forecasts by coordinating inputs from relevant teams.
• Analyze profit and loss, variance, impact assessments, trends and external benchmarks.
• Deliver a monthly financial performance overview and its implications to the Leadership Team.
• Respond to ad‑hoc corporate requests with financial analysis, reporting and subject‑matter advice.
• Design customized reports to meet operational needs of corporate functions.
• Increase reporting speed and reliability by redesigning workflows and automating manual tasks.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial input for short‑term activities and long‑term planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in finance, auditing or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability, sound judgment and effective stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) in a professional environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (datasets, charts, PivotTables).
• PowerPoint for creating clear, engaging presentations.
• Understanding of financial evaluation frameworks and performance review techniques.
