Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Monks is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide detailed financial planning and analysis that drives strategic insight and supports business decision‑making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop forecasts, monitor budgets, and deliver analytics using advanced visualization tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau, integrating data from ERP systems such as NetSuite, BigQuery, Snowflake, and MySQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Support the development of financial strategies, including payroll, budgeting, and cost management.
• Contribute to process improvements and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau and ERP systems (NetSuite, BigQuery, Snowflake, MySQL).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, independent, and effective at coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
