Senior Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast‑growing logistics company. This remote position requires a proactive professional who can manage calendars, inboxes, and multiple projects independently while the CEO focuses on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on daily priorities and long‑term initiatives.
• Own and drive several concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Execute tasks from start to finish without micromanagement.
• Maintain and update HubSpot CRM data for accuracy and usefulness.
• Follow up on sales leads and keep operational workflows moving.
• Identify and automate inefficient processes using AI tools where possible.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners on the CEO’s behalf.
• Provide general organizational support for the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, or other C‑level executive.
• Background in a rapidly scaling environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong command of English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Self‑starter who solves problems independently and takes ownership of results.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a fast‑moving leader.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM.
