Senior Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

MailerLite is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join its SEO & Content Team. You will own the end‑to‑end process of email campaigns, lead magnets and list growth, driving best‑in‑class email experiences for millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all email campaigns from concept, copywriting and design to launch, measurement and optimisation.
• Build, maintain and optimise automations, segmentation, lead magnets, forms, pop‑ups and landing pages.
• Identify and execute strategies to grow the email list organically.
• Collaborate with writers to produce blog content and review existing email‑marketing assets.
• Measure performance, define KPIs and implement improvements while ensuring deliverability standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on email marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of growing email lists, creating segmentation and lead magnets.
• Strong editorial eye and a portfolio of successful newsletters or campaigns.
• Curiosity about email‑marketing trends and a willingness to experiment with novel ideas.

Required skills

• Experience with MailerLite or other email service providers (ESPs).
• Copywriting and content briefing for newsletters and campaigns.
