Senior Email Graphic Designer & Creative Lead

About the role

ATTN Agency is seeking a senior designer to lead its retention creative team. This player‑coach will mentor graphic designers working on email, SMS, and direct‑mail campaigns while still creating high‑impact assets for VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of graphic designers across email, SMS, and direct mail.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team syncs to balance workload and ensure creative consistency.
• Provide actionable design feedback and establish structured creative reviews and QA processes.
• Identify training opportunities in visual design, motion, and performance creative.
• Partner with leadership on hiring forecasts, team structure, and career development.
• Own end‑to‑end design for VIP and high‑impact clients, from concept to delivery.
• Create banners, custom icons, UI elements, and GIFs optimized for mobile and desktop.
• QA designs across environments (dark mode, mobile, Outlook, etc.) and document workflow improvements.
• Build modular design systems and templates to enhance scalability and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams in an e‑commerce or DTC environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing email, SMS, and lifecycle design work.
• Ability to mentor designers and raise overall design quality.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on conversion‑focused creative.
