Senior Designer (Product Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join Caylent’s Product Experience Evolution team. In this fully‑remote role you will craft intuitive, user‑centered designs that delight customers and support our AI‑first cloud services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and strategy teams to define requirements and ensure feasible implementations.
• Communicate design rationale, trade‑offs and decisions to stakeholders.
• Establish efficient design processes, tools and workflows.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team’s centre of excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end digital experiences for enterprise or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and human‑centered design methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, functional designs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross‑functional teams.
