Senior Creative Strategist Manager

About the role

Fever is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist Manager to lead high‑impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple global markets from Buenos Aires. You will bridge audience insights with business goals, creating scalable frameworks that drive performance‑driven content execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic lead on high‑impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple markets.
• Own end‑to‑end development of 360° creative strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Translate strategic insights into high‑performing briefs that inspire multimedia production.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce polished, performance‑driven assets.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, presenting and defending creative strategies.
• Design and implement scalable methodologies for systematic campaign planning.
• Lead ideation sessions, brainstorms, and strategic workshops with production partners.
• Evaluate campaign performance and turn analytics into actionable optimization learnings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, strategic planning, or brand strategy within an agency or fast‑paced in‑house environment.
• Proven expertise in 360° campaign conceptualization, brief creation, and multi‑platform digital execution.
• Strong leadership with a track record of mentoring team members and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical skills, turning data into actionable insights and creative visions.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑moving scale‑up culture.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with clear, compelling communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.
