Senior Copilot Studio Developer – Power Platform Expert

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio combined with the Power Platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating intelligent workflows, conversational bots and integrated business applications that boost productivity for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced solutions with Copilot Studio integrated with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Create custom connectors and use Dataverse for robust data modelling.
• Embed AI capabilities into business processes to provide predictive insights and automation.
• Optimize workflows for scalability, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure security, compliance and governance across all Power Platform implementations.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in low‑code development.
• Stay current with Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform updates.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, AI‑enhanced applications in a remote environment.
