Senior Consultant – Market Access

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Consultant to lead market access projects, delivering high‑quality materials and client deliverables with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project operations, including scope, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Develop and deliver organizational, portfolio, and asset‑specific recommendations for clients.
• Maintain project tracking systems to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients through credibility and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree in business or life sciences preferred.
• Consulting experience in pharma or biotech with market access, payor, and reimbursement exposure.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Strategic identification and evaluation of secondary research data sources.
• Summarizing complex industry, market, and product data into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in the management‑consulting cycle: creating deliverables, quality checking, incorporating feedback, and timely resubmission.
